Hours per week 46 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, on the 4 on 4 off shift pattern, from 07:00am to 18:30pm, with 45 minutes paid for lunch each day. Your average hours of work in the winter are 42 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, on the 4 on 4 off shift pattern, from 07:00am to 17:30pm, with 45 minutes paid for lunch each day. 8.1.2. The Company reserves the right to vary your starting and finishing times if deciding to do so temporarily or on a continuing basis. 8.1.3 It is a condition of your employment that you work Bank Holidays as required. Overtime will be paid at your local site rates.

About The Role

 

  • You will be earning £15.63 per hour
  • Your average hours of work in the summer are 46 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, on the 4 on 4 off shift pattern, from 07:00am to 18:30pm, with 45 minutes paid for lunch each day.
  • Your average hours of work in the winter are 42 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
  • 4 on 4 off shift pattern, from 07:00am to 17:30pm, with 45 minutes paid for lunch each day.
  • It is a condition of your employment that you work Bank Holidays as required.
  • Overtime will be paid at your local site rates.
  • This role is fixed term for 6 months however there may be opportunity of this role becoming permanent.

About The Role

What will I be doing?

The role will involve the driving and operation of vehicles including the loading of bins into the vehicle, collecting industrial and commercial waste from our customers and delivering a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with our customer’s Health and Safety rules as well as our own at all times.

What are the requirements?

You must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with good communication skills and a willingness to be part of a successful hardworking team, delivering a high level of customer service.

This role will include lone working and a responsibility to load.
