About the Job:

Are you passionate about supporting high-profile projects with the US Navy? At Serco-NA, we offer a fantastic opportunity for experienced Business Process Analysts to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical management direction to the NSYs (Naval Shipyards) and Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs), acting as the Analyst with Security headquarters for Depot Level Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Policy Development: Formulate, recommend, and implement policies to ensure technical quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with Fleet and Command requirements.
  • Workload & Manpower Management: Control workload assignments, approve manpower distribution, and oversee field manpower development programs.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of Regional Maintenance activities and manage associated controls.
  • Industrial Analysis: Develop metrics and analyze ship work statistics related to the U.S. shipbuilding industry. Justify overhaul and modernization efforts to Congress.
  • Communication Enhancement: Improve communication across various offices to support the success of the United States Submarine Force.
  • Support & Analysis: Conduct Business Case Analysis (BCA) for improvement initiatives, propose acquisition strategies for new technologies, and perform modeling and simulation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  • Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Travel: Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of USN submarines, experience with submarine programs and maintenance activities, project leadership, and Navy program execution.

Desired Experience:

  • Active NMCI account and CAC.
  • LEAN certification (e.g., ASQ certified black belts).
  • Recent experience in depot or IMA-level maintenance of submarines.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $91,701.62 to $152,836.04. When extending an offer, Serco considers various factors, including role responsibilities, experience, education, and skills.
