Job Description:

As a General Laborer, you will work on a production line focused on producing weatherproofing tape. While the facility primarily conducts R&D, it also houses three production lines. Due to increased demand, we are expanding production hours and need motivated individuals to join us. Your responsibilities will include loading adhesive onto the production line, moving rolls, and performing other general labor tasks as needed. The role requires a strong team player who is eager to contribute.

Shift Hours:

  • 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading adhesive onto the production line
  • Moving heavy rolls and performing general labor tasks
  • Following instructions and working collaboratively with a small team
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

Hard Skills Required:

  • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations
  • Experience with forklift or machine operation is a significant plus
  • Familiarity with measuring tools and equipment is a bonus

Soft Skills Required:

  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to follow directions and complete assigned tasks
